Most L1 roadmaps look identical from a distance: faster finality, cheaper fees, better tooling. Look closer and the prioritization tells you who they think the customer is.
If the customer is a DeFi power user, you optimize composability. If the customer is an autonomous agent, you optimize cost predictability and machine-friendly auth. These are different products in the same wrapper.
